1st Sept 1st class induction, hygiene and health and safety 8th Sept Moroccan Tagine of Lamb, carrot cake with orange and coconut 15nd Sept Goats cheese and beetroot filo basket, pan fried chicken filet with chestnut mushrooms and celeriac mash, strawberry and bramely apple crumble. 22th Sept Onion bhajis, chicken Jalfrizi, basmati rice, strawberry meringue roulade 29th Sept Salmon fish cakes with watercress pesto, chicken stuffed with chorizo smoked cheddar, ratatouille of vegetables and basil, strawberrycheesecake with coulis. 6th Oct Roasted red pepper and potato soup, chicken carbonara, French fruit tartlets. 13th Oct Duck spring rolls with sweet chilli dipping sauce, sirloin steaks stuffed with blue cheese, sweet potato ratatouille, Italian Tiramisu 20th Oct Stuffed Portobello mushrooms, poached smoked haddock with dill and white wine sauce, asparagus wrapped with bacon, chive mash apple crème brulee with shortbread. 3rd Nov Chicken, mango and avocado salad, herb crusted rack of lamb with redcurrant sauce, cauliflower and broccoli Mornay, braised potatoes,chocolate profiteroles 10th Nov Traditional caesar salad, chicken chasseur with creamy champ, roasted rhubarb panacotta. 17th Nov Spiced soup, chicken stuffed with cheese, chocolate fondue 24th Nov Cream of roast butternut squash soup, chicken Kiev, braised celery, stuffed tomatoes, parsley boiled potatoes, baked Alaska with strawberries. 8th Dec (Indian night). Onion bhagis with mango chutney, chicken tikka marsala, cucumber yoghurt, boiled basmati rice, Bombay potatoes, poachedpears with chocolate sauce and ice-cream. 15th Dec Smoked salmon chowder, chicken chow mien, strawberry and passionfriut pavalova Week 14 Smoked salmon tartlet, beef bourguignon with rice, orange syrup cake (gluten free) with fresh cream Week 15 ‘Bakery night’. Chocolate fudge brownies, assorted scones, crusty bread rolls, salami pizza and foccacia bread. Week 16 Chicken tempura with soy dipping sauce, salmon glazed with sesame and balsamic served on cheese and rocket mash, chocolate fondue with fresh fruit
