RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR  APPLICATIONS FOR

Application for a grant from the Rotary Club of Lisburn Trust Fund must be made in writing using the form available from the Club website or by SAE from the Club Secretary.(David Browne,39 Lakeland Road,Hillsborough. Tel 02897532464)

The Committee of the Rotary Club reserve the right to withhold the award if applications are not of the required standard.

Applicant(s) will be required to demonstrate clearly how the grant will be spent. To this end, applicants are advised to have prepared a budget showing anticipated costs and how these will be funded.

Applicants should also show clearly the benefit to the individual, the benefit to any community visited and how our local community will benefit.

Strong identification with Rotary objectives, ideas and themes will be an advantage.

Only those applicants short listed will be interviewed and the successful applicant(s) will be expected to give a short talk to the Rotary Club of Lisburn on how the grant was used.

The successful applicant(s) will be expected to participate in promoting the award.

The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding their decision.
